The place of sex in a Christian marriage

What is sex?
The word sexual intercourse was generated from the Latin word coition, meaning a joining together or coming together. Sex is more than just a physical exercise, it’s like an araldite that join two irons together and made it impossible to be detached. Sex is also spiritual, because it doesn’t only join the body together but also the soul Gen. 2:24;1 Cor. 6:15-16.

Sex is God invention and the idea is relational with the pleasure as the icing on the cake. Relationship and mutual agreement come s before first, this is why you have the consequences of guilt, shame and regret after premarital sex because its not done in the context of secured relationship which is marriage. sex is so powerful that it is only safe within a committed, covenant marriage relationship.
Sex is God's idea. He made it not only efficient for making babies, but pleasurable and deeply satisfying. He designed men's and women's body parts to complement each other. He created hormones to make everything work right and make us want to be sexual. Testosterone and oxytocin, hormone responsible for sexual drive are all the handwork of God in men
God commands man to be fruitful and multiply Gen1:28. Fruitfulness is not limited to having children, though. A mutually loving and serving sexual relationship between husband and wife can produce emotional and personal fruitfulness as well.Another reason why God instituted sex to have emotional and physical intimacy

What God says about sex
*Sex is Gods gift so its not a sin to enjoy sex.Even though sex is sacred and private, it’s the gift of God to couples and couples to one another,
*God want sex to be strictly withing marriage{ bed undefiled}
* God treasure sexual purity, virginity is priceless SoS 4:12.
*there are some sexual activities that are very wrong: adultery, fornication, sodomy and
* Do not deny eachother as a couple

What is orgasm?
An orgasm is the release of built-up muscle tension resulting from sexual activity. It produces rapid muscle contractions usually in the genital and anal area, but these contractions can also be throughout the whole body. Most people find these muscular contractions very pleasant. At the same time, painkilling chemicals called endorphins are released into the bloodstream, causing intense pleasure and relaxation.
You may feel flushed or warm, your heartbeat will race, you will breathe harder, and you'll experience rapid muscle spasms mainly concentrated in the genital and anal areas.
In both men and some women, an orgasm is often accompanied with the release of ejaculatory fluid. Ejaculation is much more usual in men than it is in women. Only about 10 percent of women report ejaculating during orgasm.

Orgasms can be reached through many different types of sexual activity. Most women are more likely to reach orgasm through clitoral stimulation rather than stimulation of only the vagina. Men tend to reach orgasm more quickly than women, just as men tend to become sexually aroused more quickly than women. On the other hand, women are more likely to have more than one or multiple orgasms during sexual activity than men are.
Women’s experience with orgasm is more varied than men’s, and not all women experience orgasm in the same way. There are also many women and men who get great pleasure from sex, whether or not they have orgasms.
